Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Organize products in display cases and tables with fully-stocked items.
• Support baking of breads, cookies, and desserts, using standard bakery equipment and multitasking as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and baking team to address issues and requests from guests or staff.
• Conduct regular inventory to ensure proper stock levels.
• Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, sanitation, and food storage.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy while rotating bakery products and discarding spoiled items.
• Operate bakery equipment including heat sources, mixers, and blenders.
• Take food orders in person and by telephone.
• All other duties as assigned.
