Zupan Enterprises Oregon in Portland, OR is seeking a Bakery and Coffee Team Member to deliver excellent customer service while preparing and selling high-quality bakery and coffee items. You will understand product differences, maintain freshness, and help with merchandising and cash handling as part of a busy team.

Successful candidates will have retail or hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, and a flexible schedule to cover days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Explain how products differ from other stores to customers.
• Maintain quality, quantity, freshness, and presentation of bakery/coffee items.
• Sample products to customers and coworkers.
• Keep pricing and signage accurate.
• Package and label products properly; rotate stock as needed.
• Keep supplies stocked and department clean.
• Ensure safe and sanitary department operations.
• Assist with product transfers, waste, and spoilage records.
• Cross-merchandise with other departments and handle cash/register basics.
