Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory of bakery/coffee counters and manage orders to maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Assist Bakery and Coffee Manager with weekly/monthly department promotions.
• Maintain bakery case and coffee counter for product quality and appearance.
• Ensure staff deliver coffee beverages with a smile and high customer service standards.
• Monitor sanitation protocols and opening/closing procedures.
