Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC in Asheboro, NC is seeking a Bakery Associate to provide excellent guest service in bakery department activities, including baking, weighing, pricing and front-end duties. You will greet guests, prepare products for sale, maintain freshness, assist with cake decorating when needed, and uphold sanitation standards across the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales floor.

A friendly, reliable team player with good communication is essential; you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
