Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma and 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.
• Mathematical skills to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and adapt to varying instructions.

Responsibilities

• Bake donuts.
• Prepare frozen food for the oven.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at bakery areas, prep area, floors and coolers.
• Inspect equipment for performance and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in finishing and filling donuts and other pastries, pies and cakes.
• Cooperate with other departments during store promotions.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Know food preparations and steps to accomplish them.
• Obey all safety standards as outlined by the company.
• Perform other duties as directed by Bakery Manager or Store Manager.
