A grocery retailer is seeking a team member to maintain the Bakery Department in Reading, PA. Responsibilities include keeping shelves presentable, ensuring product freshness, wrapping and pricing products, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills to provide adequate customer service.
• Must have dexterity in hands to wrap and package products.
• Must be able to read and write to properly tag and price the products.
• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain presentable and adequately filled shelves.
• Control freshness by coding and pulling out-of-code merchandise.
• Wrap, package, and price all products accurately and legibly.
• Maintain the regular cleaning and sanitation program.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Greet all customers and be observant of surroundings.
