Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a bakery associate to manage packaging, labeling, and pricing of bakery products at our Texas retail locations. You will maintain stock levels and monitor product quality, dates, and storage conditions to ensure fresh, appealing displays.

Responsibilities include assisting bakery staff with preparation, packaging, labeling, and customer service, while promoting sales through suggestive selling and keeping the store clean and safe for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and operate digital equipment, meters, dials, and calibrated scales.
• Ability to work with bakery equipment and maintain product displays.
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to quality control and food safety standards by stocking and rotating baked goods.
• Assists bakery personnel with preparing, packaging, labeling, and maintaining product displays.
