The ideal candidate is 18+ with a high school diploma, has 1–2 years of bakery experience, and can work flexible hours including nights and weekends. A friendly attitude, good communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years Bakery experience or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• Be dependable with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication and teamwork; able to take direction and work with others.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the department and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure proper preparation and presentation of Bakery items.
• Maintain clean, safe bakery area and equipment, including shelves, floors, and cases.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment quality and temperature.
