Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport.
• Show a friendly, outgoing attitude with good eye contact and body language.
• Answer customer questions effectively.
• Stock products and maintain displays per merchandising standards.
• Perform basic department cleaning tasks.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service.
• Package, label, date, and handle baked goods properly.
• Sort baked goods from the oven when needed.
• Fill product orders on the sales floor.
• May perform other duties as assigned; cake or baking duties require training and approval.
