Market of Choice in Eugene, OR is hiring a Bakery Clerk / Barista to join a fast-paced bakery team. No experience is required; we train you to prepare specialty coffees, espresso drinks, and a variety of pastries while delivering friendly, attentive service.

You’ll learn product knowledge, customer recommendations, and cash handling in a supportive environment with opportunities for advancement to baker or cake decorator as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a Bakery Clerk / Barista, you will assist customers in selection & recommendations of our delicious products.
• Accurately prepare espresso & coffee drinks per customer request
• Stock, market, & sell pastries, coffee cakes, etc.
• Cashiering duties
• Stocking
• Helping maintain related equipment
• General house-keeping
