Market of Choice in Eugene seeks a Bakery Clerk / Barista to join our bakery team. No experience is necessary—we will train you! Positions start at $15/hour up to $17.50/hour depending on experience, with growth opportunity up to $18.75/hour.

As part of our bakery staff, you will assist customers, prepare espresso and coffee drinks, stock pastries and beverages, handle cashier duties, and help maintain equipment in a bright, fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.
• No experience necessary, we will train you!
• Preference given to applicants with open availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selection and recommendations of products.
• Accurately prepare espresso and coffee drinks per customer request.
• Stock, market, and sell pastries and coffee cakes.
• Cashiering duties and related responsibilities.
• Stocking and maintaining related equipment.
• General housekeeping and store upkeep.
