Position and Responsibilities

1. Preparation: Assist in preparing raw materials according to receipts or supervisor instructions.
2. Processing: Assist with baking processes, including forming, cutting, shaping, and baking dough; follow recipes accurately.
3. Display: Ensure products are well merchandised with proper signage, showcasing quality and freshness.
4. Stock: Unload deliveries, organize stockroom, stock shelves, and rotate products using FIFO.
5. Replenish: Monitor expiration dates and manage stock accordingly.
6. Bakery Sales: Wrap and pack items accurately for customers.
7. Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a safe environment and comply with safety procedures.
8. Cleaning: Coordinate cleanliness and maintenance with relevant departments.
9. Loss Prevention: Safeguard assets and follow policies for asset control.
10. Dumping: Properly handle expired and recalled products under supervision.
11. Demo: Conduct product demos as instructed to promote sales.
12. Customer Service: Greet customers, address needs, answer questions, and provide samples.
13. Cashier: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
14. Other duties: Perform additional tasks as needed for business operations.

Minimum Requirements
