Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders at the bakery counter, and assist customers throughout the store.
• Check daily orders, set up production schedules, and verify details (size, deco pack, icing needs, dates).
• Decorate bakery items and keep up with new designs and trends.
• Develop daily bakery orders for bakers, including cake sizes.
• Lead part-time employees and review their work.
• Communicate daily with Bakery Manager about displays and special needs.
• Maintain sanitation and a clean, safe work area.
