Sam's Club in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Cake Decorator to support bakery operations and serve our members. You will decorate a variety of bakery items, follow recipes and ensure quality and accuracy in designs while adhering to food safety and cold chain standards.

You will collaborate with a team to maintain in-stock levels, assist with seasonal events, and deliver friendly, helpful service to members and guests.

Competenze

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying requires me to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.

Mansioni

• Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service, being flexible to the needs of the business, maintaining in-stock levels and controlling shrinkage.
• Plans the bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs following recipe instructions, using decorating bags, tips and nozzles.
