Sam's Club, operated by Sam's West, Inc., is seeking a Cake Decorator in Little Rock, AR. You will work with teammates to decorate bakery items, manage inventory, and ensure food safety and quality. You will also leverage handheld tools to boost sales and enhance the member experience.

The role emphasizes guest service, adherence to standards, and ongoing participation in product education and store-wide events. This position is full-time and on-site at the Little Rock location.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to successfully complete trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates while delivering customer service.
• Be an Expert: plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of designs, follow recipes, and maintain safety standards.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools and handheld devices to drive sales and improve shopping experience.
