Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Deli Bakery Department; maximize sales through excellent service and minimize shrink.
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Understand production standards for processing of all product and adhere to labeling and processing guidelines.
• Ensure proper sanitation and safe food handling; follow safety guidelines.
• Complete ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise per policies and guidelines.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with apron and name badge; maintain neat appearance.
