Job summary

Panera Bread Company is seeking a Team Manager to join our bakery-cafe leadership team. You will help run great shifts, support team development, and uphold our high guest-service standards.

You will lead and coach team members to exceed goals in sales, speed, and order accuracy, while promoting a culture of warmth and trust. This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and a background check is part of the offer process.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Any job offer for this position is conditional upon the results of a background check.
• While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to: lift/carry/push/pull objects 25 pounds; stand/walk up to 6 hours; communicate clearly in a loud environment.
