Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts in a busy bakery-cafe environment. You will supervise and develop team members, coach performance, and ensure outstanding guest experiences through strong leadership and food safety training.

Ideal candidates have restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends. A background check is required for employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ year of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain) required.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop team members; coach and motivate to achieve goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection of staff.
• Train team on food safety standards and ensure compliance.
