Job summary

Panera LLC is seeking a Manager in Training in Plattsburgh, NY to join our bakery-cafe leadership team. You’ll develop people, coach performance, and help ensure guest experiences meet Panera’s standards across shifts.

You’ll report to the General Manager or Operating Partner and gain hands-on experience in hospitality leadership, food safety, and daily operations while growing into a Panera leadership role.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• AOP Approval Complete Certified Manager Program (CMP), including ServSafe (requirements are the same as Team Managers).
