Sugar Blossom Bake Shop in San Clemente, CA is seeking a part-time Bakery Cafe Manager to lead a busy team, oversee daily operations, and ensure top-notch customer experiences in our bakery and cafe. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a commercial or retail bakery, strong leadership, and a passion for baking.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, health and safety compliance, and maintain quality across all offerings.

• Quality Control: Maintain the quality and presentation of our bakery and cafe offerings, ensuring every product meets our standards.
• Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
• Hands-On Support: Step in where needed, whether it’s assisting with baking, serving customers, or managing the front of house.
