Panera Bread in Oklahoma is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing bakery-cafe team, own daily operations, schedule staff, and drive guest satisfaction. You will make strategic decisions, coach and develop leaders, and uphold Panera’s guiding values while delivering outstanding food quality and service.

This role requires 3+ years GM experience, ServSafe certification, and flexibility for nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Background check required.
• Strong business acumen and operational excellence.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of leading the bakery-cafe team, staffing, scheduling and development.
• Hire, onboard, train, and motivate team members.
• Manage performance to meet goals and guest service standards.
• Develop managers on Panera’s guiding values & behaviors.
• Follow procedures to execute company strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure guest delight with food, service, and staff.
• Build relationships that foster long-term guests.
• Maintain compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Control costs and inventory; uphold a safe workplace.
