Job summary

85C Bakery Cafe is hiring Store Front Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, assist in bread, cake, POS, and bar duties, and participate in cross-training across departments. Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred; 18+ required; ServSafe certification encouraged.

Responsibilities include timely shifts, friendly interactions, maintaining store standards and health regulations, and contributing to a FUN, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• ServSafe certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Bake bread, decorate cakes and prepare drinks in departments.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar across store.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to store policies and health regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and display teamwork with management.
