Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking entry-level storefront staff in Rancho Cucamonga for full-time/part-time roles. You’ll deliver friendly service, help customers choose products, and operate the POS while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Weekend availability is preferred and training is provided to support growth within the brand. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior customer service experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handler Certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greet guests and assist with product selection.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Assist with bread merchandising and product presentation.

• Cross-train in cashier, bar, bread, and cake areas.
