Job summary

Panera Bread in South Euclid, OH seeks an Assistant Manager to help lead our bakery-café and support the GM in daily operations. You’ll coach and develop the team, schedule shifts, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety standards.

You’ll also focus on coaching staff, driving sales, controlling costs, and growing the café’s profitability. This role requires 18+ years of age, reliability, and flexibility for nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in leading and supervising all café staff.
• Plan, schedule, and develop team members; manage staffing needs.
• Hire and train new team members and keep the team motivated.
• Drive guest satisfaction and ensure extraordinary service.
