• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification is required).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for baked goods, café culture, and delivering a premium guest experience.
