Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring for an Entry to Part-Time Storefront Associate (Barista/Cashier) in Arrowhead Ranch/Glendale. You will greet guests, help with product selection, operate the POS, and prepare coffee and beverages.

The role includes bread merchandising, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with a dynamic team. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, retail or food-service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greet guests and assist with product selection.
