Job summary

Sam's Club in State College, PA is hiring a Bakery/Packager associate to prepare fresh baked items, wrap, label, and stock merchandise, and assist members with bakery orders throughout the shift.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-based environment, stand for long periods, provide friendly customer service, maintain a clean, organized area, and follow safety and labeling standards to ensure quality for our members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to support bakery operations and assist members.
• Be an Expert: Prepares bakery department merchandise by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise per policies; ensures food safety and inventory.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld devices to drive decisions related to production, merchandise ordering and quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures correct packaging and labeling.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Delivers high-quality service and products; shows energy and commitment.
