Job summary

Sam's Club in Columbus, IN is seeking a Bakery/Packager associate to help prepare fresh baked items daily, wrap, label, and store merchandise for our members. You will juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while assisting members with bakery orders and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to build a strong bakery team; communicate with team members; adapt to business needs.
• Prepare bakery department merchandise following recipes; wrap, label, and store merchandise; follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Leverage handheld technology to support production, ordering, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Maintain quality, date control, and proper packaging of bakery items; assist members with purchasing decisions.
