Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a store team member to assist with bakery operations at our Exton location. You'll prepare ingredients, bake goods, package items, and maintain clean display cases, contributing to a smooth shift start and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include being authorized to work in the U.S., valid ID, and the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. A 60-day probationary period and adherence to safety and dress standards are required.

• Valid identification.
• Able to read, write, and communicate to perform duties and follow policies.
• Complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Able to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, check PPE and supplies, and prepare for duties.
• Assemble and bake goods: mix ingredients, place on trays, push racks to oven, and bake.
• Package and label baked goods, print labels, clean display cases, and restock fresh items.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.
