• Inform customers of bakery specials and promotions.
• Provide fresh products and proper portion sizes.
• Recommend bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Operate bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Follow recipe and cooking instructions; use kitchen utensils safely.
• Prepare, label, inventory, and package ingredients as needed.
• Check product quality and review sell-by dates.
• Use all kitchen equipment safely and accurately.
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
• Report discrepancies in orders or shipping to management.
• Maintain a positive attitude and customer-focused demeanor.
• Be familiar with store layout to locate items quickly.
