Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Detail oriented and accurate in handlingBakery tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce bakery products according to the Production Planner.
• Package and label bakery products per program plan.
• Merchandise bakery products according to flight plan/merchandising expectations.
• Stock backroom with bakery products, rotating and dating cases/buckets.
• Notify Bakery Manager if products or supplies need to be ordered.
• Collaborate with other departments and stores to support growth.
• Follow PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines.
• Follow guest experience guidelines.
