Qualifications

• Experience in bakery, grocery, or retail preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and display bakery products.
• Bake fresh bread and other items per recipes and standards.
• Decorate pastries, cakes, and baked goods as assigned.
• Stock, merchandise, and maintain bakery displays.
• Monitor freshness and rotate inventory.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area according to food safety standards.
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
