Qualifications

• Ability to bake and finish baked goods including donuts, bagels, croissants, etc.

Responsibilities

• Bake and finish the company’s baked goods, including donuts, bagels, croissants, etc.
• Execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures to produce high-quality finished products.
• Properly frost, fill, powder, and prepare donuts and food items to meet company standards.
• Rack all finished items and have them ready for display.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas.
• Verify that all prepared food items meet quality and quantity requirements.
• Keep kitchen stations clean by cleaning, stocking, and restocking as needed.
• Fill in on the floor as needed in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.
