Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable demeanor required.
• Works well with teammates to serve guests.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and engage with them.
• Prepare products for sale (bakery items) including weighing and pricing.
• Maintain product levels, quality and freshness.
• Assist in cake decorating when requested.
• Keep cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area clean and organized.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Report temperature issues to supervisor.
• Support in receiving and storage of products.
• Perform front-end duties to minimize guest wait times.
• Announce specials and sale information on PA system.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards.
