Job summary

Dunkin in Town of Owego is hiring a Bakery Associate to help produce donuts and bakery items to our standards. You will work in a fast-paced team at the High Test Coffee franchise, under the supervision of a Shift Supervisor, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The role focuses on following end-product specs, monitoring quality, and operating bakery equipment properly. You will contribute to a positive team culture, communicate with managers and coworkers, and handle multiple duties as needed.

Reports To: Shift Supervisor

Pay Range: $16-$17 per hour based on experience

Job Description

Overview

A Bakery Associate is generally responsible for producing donuts and bakery products according to Dunkin' operational standards and franchisee policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The Bakery Associate is primarily responsible for producing Dunkin' bakery products, including donuts, muffins, croissants, and bagels.

Responsibilities Include
