85°C Bakery Cafe in Edmonds is seeking entry-level Associates to decorate baked goods, maintain a clean work environment, and assist daily bakery operations. Weekend availability required; emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Positions include both full-time and part-time shifts, with physical duties such as standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to health standards. Training and growth opportunities are available within the cafe network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork.
• Weekend and holiday availability; must be 18+.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Decorate quality baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations including separating, filling and baking.
• Teamwork, follow direction and work with store management to deliver outstanding service.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
