Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide customers with exceptional service, sensitive to their individual needs.
• Create memorable connections and ensure each guest's experience is outstanding.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent service and foster a positive work environment.
• Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies.
• Cross-train in departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Work diligently and enjoy the work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Preferred experience in fast food or retail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week, with weekend and holiday availability preferred.
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY

Physical Requirements

This position involves moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting. Continuous standing, walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead are required. Exposure to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers may occur. Duties may change as needed.
