Job summary

Heinen’s, Inc. in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Retail Professional to uphold the Heinen’s Diamond Difference standards in a fast-paced grocery environment.

You will prioritize daily work, learn the Bakery Department, and support a team focused on quality, service, and accuracy. Responsibilities include acquiring knowledge of the Bakery Department, writing orders with planning, and collaborating to complete daily tasks while ensuring food safety and temperature standards.

Qualifications

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.
• Sense of urgency and the ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Production driven with the ability to perform repetitive tasks, while standing.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work non-traditional five-day schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions, hot or cold.
