Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Linden, New Jersey is seeking a Bakery Associate to support daily bakery operations, including baking, displaying, and stocking bakery items for members. You will help ensure product freshness, assist with special orders, and maintain a clean, safe bakery area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bakery or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and take special orders from members.
• Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods following handling information.
• Package, display and rotate bakery products daily.
• Decorate special orders and maintain product freshness.
• Clean and sanitize bakery equipment and surfaces.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and proper labeling.
• Attend to other duties or departments as needed.
