Longo's is seeking a Bakery Assistant Department Manager – Full Time to lead a fast-paced bakery team. You will support the Bakery Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and deliver great customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of bakery experience, cake decorating skills, and strong leadership. You will mentor staff, train for productivity, manage inventory, and uphold health and safety standards while creating eye-catching displays.
