Country Grocer is seeking a Full-time Assistant Bakery Manager at our Cobble Hill store to help run the bakery with the Bakery Manager. You’ll train, place orders with distributors, create delicious displays, and guide a passionate bakery team toward excellence.

You are a natural leader with a can-dough attitude, capable of leading a team, working with intensity, staying organized, and managing scheduling, inventory, and performance communications.

Alongside our Bakery Manager, you’ll be responsible for training, placing orders with distributors, creating delicious displays, and guiding your passionate bakery team to excellence every day! Pay for this job:

Starting Range: $23.50-$25.25

Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range: Up to $30.00

There’s room to grow! Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time.
