Shifts are roughly 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Wednesday, with optional events for more hours. Responsibilities include assisting with baked goods, following recipes, measuring ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous bakery, pastry, or kitchen experience preferred (but not required. We don't mind training you.)
• Passion for baking and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and production of baked goods, desserts, and pastries
• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients
• Support chefs with decorating, finishing, and plating items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and bakery areas
• Properly store ingredients and finished products
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with packing and labeling for events as needed

This role supports our pastry and bakery operations by assisting with production, preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Shifts will be roughly 8:00AM-4:00PM Monday-Wednesday. You also have the option to work on events with us if you would like more hours than just Monday-Wednesday.
