Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a dedicated Baker to produce fresh breads, pastries, cakes and desserts using established recipes. You will measure, mix, shape and bake items, while decorating cakes and desserts to maintain quality and presentation.

The role requires maintaining a clean, organized workspace and collaborating with the bakery team to meet daily production needs. You will interact with customers, answer questions, handle special orders, and contribute to a positive shopping

Qualifications

• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and proper labeling of ingredients.
• Assist customers with product questions and special orders; provide friendly service.
• Plan daily production with bakery team to meet demand and keep cases well stocked.
