• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of baking techniques.
• Must be able to work as a team member and interact positively with customers.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.
• Authorized to work within the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Greet all customers and provide prompt and courteous service or assistance.
• Commit to the “Golden Rule” and work with other associates to build a strong bakery team.
• Achieve the highest associate morale in the industry by working in a style that is Respectful, Supportive and Totally Team Oriented (RSTO).
• Assist in receiving and unloading of merchandise and verify deliveries.
• Keep bakery ingredients rotated and use oldest products first (FIFO).
• Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory control.
• Handle damaged and spoiled products per policy.
• Prepare baking mixtures per procedures and recipes.
• Pan up frozen products and roll bread.
• Operate mixer and prepare products to meet customer specs.
• Comply with health, safety, and packaging regulations.
• Practice sanitation procedures and maintain personal grooming and dress code.
• Keep displays and equipment clean and organized.
