• 21 years or older for positions serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Mixing, weighing, proofing, baking, decorating and merchandising products.
• Load and unload ovens; manage temperatures and bake times.
• Scale cakes, ice rolls, breads and cookies; portioning and packaging.
• Assist with ordering, receiving and inventory control.
• Maintain clean and organized production and storage areas.
• Display goods following guidelines; assist with cake decoration and icing.
