Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Food Science or related field.
• 1–2+ years in bakery formulation or bakery applications.
• Hands-on lab and baking trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize dry-blended bakery ingredient formulations.
• Conduct hands-on mixing, baking trials, and sensory evaluation.
• Support scale-up and transfer to commercial production.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Sales.
