Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking entry-level Team Members to support bakery and grocery operations, including stocking, displaying, and assisting customers. You will ensure clean, attractive displays and provide friendly service while following safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn product knowledge, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible to work varying shifts including nights and weekends. No prior retail experience is required, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays; front-face, rotate, and stock products.
• Stock shelves and back stock; maintain cleanliness of display areas.
• Monitor spoilage; communicate waste to team leaders and buyers.
• Provide excellent customer service; answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Assist with sampling program and inventory checks.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure accurate signage and pricing.
