About BAKERY By Frothy Monkey
We are a wholesale bakery in Nashville owned by Frothy Monkey. Everything we bake is from scratch. Our team produces artisan breads, sandwich breads, and a wide assortment of baked goods, including muffins, cookies, layer cakes, and pies. We partner with local farms and producers to bring seasonal freshness and foster community around the table.

Role And Responsibilities
The Pastry Baker at BAKERY by Frothy Monkey is responsible for:

• Scaling ingredients according to bakery formulas
• Mixing ingredients properly using planetary mixers or manual techniques
• Following recipes to prepare baked goods and desserts
• Receiving guidance from the Pastry Lead
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization during shifts
• Assisting with packaging and delivery preparation when needed

Qualifications And Education Requirements
Formal culinary or pastry education and/or relevant experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals.

Preferred Skills
Ability to operate bakery equipment safely, work overtime as needed, lift up to 50 pounds, communicate effectively in English, understand basic math, and work positively within a creative team.
