Job summary

NHC Healthcare Franklin is seeking a Baker to join our Food and Nutrition Services team. The role involves high standards of food preparation, production, and service for geriatric patients, with a focus on quality and consistency.

You will work with our Chef and Registered Dietitians to deliver nourishing meals in a caring, community setting. Hours are 9am-5pm, with a pay range of $15–$20 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a foodservice setting.
• Ability to prepare and plate meals with accuracy and care.
• Ability to follow recipes, safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion meals to meet dietary guidelines.
• Assist with production and serving of meals to residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
