The Fort restaurant is seeking to hire a part-time baker/prep cook. In this role, you will be responsible for baking a variety of items including cakes, breads, muffins, crème brûlée, chocolate ganache desserts, and more, following our recipes. Additionally, you will prepare ingredients such as vegetables and guacamole for the kitchen as needed by the chefs.
We offer flexible daytime schedules with weekends off. Join our talented team of approximately 15-20 kitchen staff who craft delicious food for 200-300 guests each night. Our award-winning recipes are featured in the Fort cookbook.
We encourage creativity and regularly host culinary contests in the fall and spring, providing opportunities to develop new, innovative recipes that may be added to our menu.
